I am fully insured, have a clean CRB check and am trained in pet first aid, and I can provide proof of these certificates if requested.

Things will be a little more manual than you've had before, all requests are to be emailed to this address or texted in (07588 723025) in advance, and you will relieve a confirmation once you have been booked.

Cat visit timings will be between 8-11am or 4-7pm (if medication is needed at a specific time I will accommodate this as much as possible).

As mid-day dog walks will be popular, I will aim to provide these within the time slot of 11am-1:30pm to ensure everyone can be fitted in. If your dog has specific needs for separation anxiety, medication or feeding that is required at a specific time, I will try and accommodate this as much as I can.

I am happy to discuss booking monthly in advance or weekly, as well as payment to be due weekly or monthly to suit your needs. Invoices will all be sent out for BACS invoices at the frequency of your choice, and is payable within 4 working days of receipt. You will receive email confirmation that the invoice has been paid for your records afterwards. Cat visits will be invoiced 7 days prior to care beginning, payable in 4 working days.

I have heard some interest in a monthly in advance payment for cat visits to spread the cost (like the previous Moggy Membership). If you are interested in this option I am happy to organise this with you, you can pay for 1 or 2 visits each month in advance and I will send you email confirmation of how many visits you have stored, and note each time you book in how many you have remaining. This will be totally controlled by yourself though via a standing order in your bank account, let me know that you have arranged this. You can cancel the standing order yourself whenever you wish, I'd just appreciate you letting me know you have so I am aware when it happens. Visits will need to be used up by yourself prior to ending care with myself, but will not expire over time, it will be your responsibility to cancel the standing order when you feel you have enough stored for your care needs. They can not be used against a different visit length or type of care.

Cancellations for any visits are needed with more than 24 hours notice to be refunded, otherwise they will still be invoiced for. Equally if I arrive and you end up not needing care, the visit will stay on your invoice for payment.

Home sitting will require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the dates within 7 days of confirmation that it has been booked in. The remainder will be due 7 days prior to care. Cancellations for home sitting will require 48 hours notice to receive a refund of the 75% payment.

Currently if you have to cancel due to Government COVID restrictions or needing to isolate, you will receive a full refund under these circumstances.

If you have regular visits that are in weekly, I would appreciate at least 2 weeks notice of you stopping all care, or if you have a long break coming up for school holidays so I am aware you will not need me for a while.

As I am a solo pet carer now, unfortunately there is not another staff member to take over visits. If I become unwell (or need to self isolate) I will contact you both by phone and email as soon as possible to let you know that I will be unable to provide care as planned. Also giving at least 4 weeks notice of any holiday plans to allow you time to organise alternative care.
